A typical test cycle on the integrated bench runs as follows:
- Select the test function – Choose instantaneous, time-delay, or long-time-delay mode (only one function can be used at a time).
- Mount the MCCB – Place the breaker in the matching fixture: 250A-type or 400/630A-type.
- Make the connection – The pneumatic fixtures contact the breaker automatically for instantaneous and time-delay tests; for standard long-term tests, the operator connects the supplied test leads to the 2 × 500 mm² copper bar outputs.
- Run the test – The bench applies the set current within the calibrated range and the trip behavior of the breaker is verified.
