Air-operated Circuit Breaker (ACB) Automatic Production Line
The ACB Automated Production Line is totally automated, complete with an assembly machine for Arc Chute, Laser Marking machine, Pad Printing machine, Taping machine and High Voltage Test Areas to manufacture Air Circuit Breakers (A.C.B.s) rated greater than or equal to 6300 A. The line includes an automatic test system for both the A.C.B. and high voltage tests as well as an automated mechanical operation test and bench test for calibration of Electronic Trip Unit (ETU). All stations are coordinated by a central PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) connectivity.
Modular design enables rapid frame size changes for ACBs. Accurate quality tracking throughout the manufacturing process, from component build-up to completion. Optional hermetic welding to attach silver point contact and use of packaging system to create boxed product. Major manufacturers of assembly machines (like CHINT, Delixi, etc.) and major global OEMs (e.g., C&S Electric) are among our customers.

What is an ACB Automatic Production Line?
An ACB automatic production line is a fully integrated system for assembling and testing air circuit breakers up to 6300A, compliant with IEC 60947-2 for high breaking capacity and digital performance.
Manual workstations plus automatic testing stations will be used to validate complex mechanical assemblies and to perform testing on electronic components.
Long delay, short delay, Instantaneous, Ground Fault, Loop Resistance (200A DC) and Hi-Pot (up to 5000V) Test.
