The Automated Welding and Assembly Process, Step by Step

- Finally, assemble the component that has completed the previous three processes with the Cage Terminal.
All parts are fed by vibratory bowl feeders, while the component that has completed the first three processes is placed by a mechanical gripper into a custom fixture and travels between the units on a conveyor.

One Line, or Standalone Stations
Each of the aforementioned process steps is performed independently by a self-contained machine; consequently, the entire system can operate as an integrated welding line or allow individual units to function separately. This configuration enables the welding line to operate like a traditional production line, yet ensures that a malfunction or modification at one stage does not disrupt the normal operation of the other stages.
