This reliability-tested electrical tester has been specifically designed to test thousands of three-phase multi-function smart meters for overall quality and endurance in high-volume applications. What is an Electric Meter Aging Test Bench?

An Aging Test Bench for Electric Meters is designed to perform accelerated life cycle (burn-in) testing of single-phase and three-phase energy meters using controlled voltages and currents under established environmental conditions (room temperature). By applying the rated voltage and current over an extended time (hours to days), early failures in electronic components, solder joints, and mechanical parts can be identified. A test bench is used with a high-precision programmable power supply (e.g., ZN-D3000), a high-density meter mounting rack with modular connectors, and data logging software.
