MES, herhangi bir \u00fcretim hatt\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6rt ana bile\u015fenini \u2013 insanlar, makineler, malzemeler ve y\u00f6ntemler \u2013 kapsar ve yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 her \u015feyi belgeleyerek kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>MES\u2019i, at\u00f6lyenizdeki ger\u00e7ek \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinin dijital bir temsili olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn. En etkili \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm, her iki sistemi de i\u00e7eren ve bu ama\u00e7la ISA-95 B2MML standard\u0131n\u0131 kullanan bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<h2>MES ve SAP: Ger\u00e7ek Anlam\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cMES ve SAP kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131\u201d alan\u0131nda durum do\u011fru \u015fekilde \u201cMES ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00f6nde gelen ERP tedarik\u00e7isi\u201d olarak tan\u0131mlanabilir. ERP tabanl\u0131 bir \u015firket olarak, finans, tedarik zinciri, \u00fcretim planlamas\u0131 ve tedarik faaliyetlerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in ana ara\u00e7lar olan S\/4HANA ve \u00f6nceki R\/3 gibi ana \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini geli\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. B\u00f6ylece, \u201cSAP vs MES\u201d se\u00e7imi, \u00e7o\u011fu durumda ERP alternatifleri aras\u0131nda ayn\u0131 SAP sistemi se\u00e7ildi\u011fi i\u00e7in ERP ile uyumlu MES sistemini se\u00e7me zorunlulu\u011funa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr.
