This unit creates perfect four-sided corrugated shipping boxes in under 2.5 seconds from flat cardboard blanks. What is an Automatic Case Erector?<\/h2>\n

A case erector, also known as a box former or case opening machine, automatically takes flattened cardboard sheets from a magazine, opens them into a rectangular box shape by squaring the bottom flaps and typically applying tape or glue, creating a continuous high-speed process. The machine is typically used at the beginning of a production line to supply filled, weighed, or sealed package to these stations. The case erector uses vacuum suction cups to open the case from the magazine; mechanical arms or pusher devices are then used to square the box; finally, a taping head or gluing machine applies the tape or glue to form a sealed case.<\/p>\n
