Short Description:

Automatic Withstand Pressure Test: The equipment is able to automatically conduct withstand pressure test on MCB miniature circuit breakers. By applying a certain voltage or current, the equipment can detect the circuit breaker’s ability to withstand pressure under pressure.

Pressure withstand parameter control: the equipment can control the pressure withstand test according to the set parameters. Parameters such as test voltage and current can be set to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test.

Evaluation of results: The equipment can evaluate the circuit breaker according to the results of the pressure withstand test. It can measure whether the electrical performance of the circuit breaker meets the requirements after the withstand-voltage test and judge whether it is qualified.

Record and Report Generation: The equipment can record and save the data of the withstand voltage test and generate the corresponding test report. Including the time, voltage, current and other parameters of the test, as well as the test results of the circuit breaker. These data and reports can be used for quality control and traceability.

Alarm and Protection Function: When there is an abnormal situation in the voltage withstand test of the circuit breaker, the equipment will issue an alarm signal to remind the operator to take corresponding measures. At the same time, the equipment can also prevent the circuit breaker from being damaged during the testing process through protection measures.
