Short Description:

Instantaneous Testing: The equipment is capable of performing instantaneous testing of MCB miniature circuit breakers, i.e., applying the rated current at an instant to test the circuit breaker’s action time. By accurately measuring the response time of the circuit breaker, it can be determined whether it is within the specified action time range.

On-Off Test: The equipment is capable of performing on-off tests on MCB miniature circuit breakers, i.e., repeating the switching operation of the circuit breaker to test its stability and reliability under repeated loads. By testing whether the switching operation of the circuit breaker is normal and whether the connection is good, it can be judged whether it meets the usage requirements.

Pressure withstand test: The equipment is capable of conducting pressure withstand test on MCB miniature circuit breakers, i.e., applying continuous pressure under specified voltage or current to test the pressure withstand capability of the circuit breakers. By testing the insulation and electrical strength of the circuit breaker under pressure, it can determine whether it meets the safety requirements.

Parameter control and adjustment: The equipment can control and adjust the parameters of instantaneous, on-off and voltage withstand test as required. Parameters such as current, voltage and action time of the test can be set to adapt to different types and specifications of circuit breakers.

Result Evaluation and Recording: The equipment can evaluate the circuit breaker according to the test results, and record and save the test data. It can determine whether the action time of the circuit breaker is within the specified range, whether the switching operation is normal, and whether the voltage resistance performance meets the requirements. These data and evaluation results can be used for quality control and product traceability.
