Air-operated Circuit Breaker (ACB) Automatic Production Line<\/h1>\n

The ACB Automated Production Line is totally automated, complete with an assembly machine for Arc Chute, Laser Marking machine, Pad Printing machine, Taping machine and High Voltage Test Areas to manufacture Air Circuit Breakers (A.C.B.s) rated greater than or equal to 6300 A. The line includes an automatic test system for both the A.C.B. and high voltage tests as well as an automated mechanical operation test and bench test for calibration of Electronic Trip Unit (ETU). All stations are coordinated by a central PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) connectivity.<\/p>\n

Modular design enables rapid frame size changes for ACBs. Accurate quality tracking throughout the manufacturing process, from component build-up to completion.
