Short Description:

Time-delay measurement: The equipment can automatically measure the time-delay of miniature circuit breakers, i.e. measure the action time of circuit breakers under different current and voltage conditions. Through this measurement, it can judge whether the circuit breaker meets the requirements of time-delay protection under different load conditions.

Parameter setting and adjustment: the device can realise the parameter setting and adjustment of the miniature circuit breaker by connecting to the IOT network. The time-delay protection parameters of the circuit breaker can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual demand to adapt to different application scenarios.

Automatic calibration: the device can automatically calibrate the time delay of the miniature circuit breaker. By comparing with the standard reference equipment, it automatically adjusts the delay time of the circuit breaker to ensure that it is within the standard range.

Data Recording and Analysis: The device can record the data of each time delay measurement and carry out analysis and statistics. It can generate time-delay protection curves, reports, etc., so as to facilitate users to trace, analyse and evaluate the time-delay performance of circuit breakers.

Fault diagnosis and alarm: the device can monitor the working status of miniature circuit breakers in real time and carry out fault diagnosis. Once it is found that the delay time of the circuit breaker does not meet the requirements or other abnormalities, the device can issue an alarm signal to prompt the user to deal with it.
